By registering an account, uploading datasets, or deploying page templates via AISiteGenerator.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, agency, or corporate client, you warrant that you possess the explicit authority to bind them to these provisions.

You are entirely responsible for the structured dataset files (CSV, JSON, etc.) and copy rules you upload. You warrant that you own or possess valid licenses for all logos, business names, and custom marketing content.

You agree not to generate spam websites, misleading business profiles, or pages violating local search console guidelines or regulatory consumer standards.

We offer programmatic hosting and rendering servers. While we maintain a 99.9% target uptime for generated site packages, we are not responsible for indexing speed changes or algorithm shifts on search engines.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts generating malicious crawler traffic, scraping, or launching bulk domain networks that violate provider policies.

AISiteGenerator.online is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for traffic drops, search rankings changes, hosting disruptions, or business income losses originating from platform operations.

Any financial liability for paid plans is capped strictly at the total amount paid by the customer during the immediate three months prior to the filing of a claim.
